International first class is the pinnacle of commercial air travel. Available on a shrinking list of airlines, these luxurious suites offer the most space, the largest screens, along with a host of little features. But while a superior seat is an expectation in international first class, it's the 'soft product' where the difference over business class truly appears. Soft product is a term typically used to describe variable items on a flight, such as service, amenities, and catering, while 'hard product' describes the physical seats.
