ITA Airways is making significant adjustments to its fleet plans, fast-tracking deliveries and the entry into service of its new Airbus A330-900 aircraft. This is in response to strong criticism of the airline's 2026-2030 business plan, which it adopted in July last year. The plan was described as "too cautious" to drive the necessary growth at ITA, forcing the airline's senior management to do a re-think.
