Packed with comfortable seating, restaurants, bars, and other amenities, these facilities allow passengers to relax and unwind before taking a flight. These kinds of facilities are extremely sought after, and as a result, airlines need to carefully evaluate how they determine who can have access to these spaces. For many carriers, access to lounges has been an extensive revenue-generating pursuit, and the practice certainly is not going away any time soon.
