JetBlue Becomes Airline Launch Customer For Amazon's Satellite Wi-Fi Service

JetBlue is set to become the first airline to use Amazon's Project Kuiper satellite network to power its onboard Wi-Fi. The airline has been an innovator with its broadband Fly-Fi service, being the first US carrier to provide passengers with free onboard Wi-Fi back in 2013. Now it will begin providing passengers with internet access using Amazon’s satellites by 2027, JetBlue said in a statement on Thursday.
