A whopping 84% of the world's remaining scheduled passenger Boeing 757 flights in September are to, from, or within the US. That is no surprise. According to ch-aviation, Delta Air Lines has 102 examples, while United Airlines has 61. Of course, they both fly the -200 and -300 variants. Icelandair continues to fly its 757-200s to the country.
