The Airbus A220 has two final assembly lines: one in Mirabel, Canada, and one in Mobile, Alabama. This is unusual because its manufacturer,Airbus, is a European company, and the majority of its aircraft, therefore, are manufactured on the continent. Similarly, Boeing assembles most of its aircraft in the United States. However, the Airbus A220 is exclusively manufactured in North America.
