The Boeing 777X will soon be the latest addition to the US manufacturer’s best-selling widebody family. The program, first launched in 2013, represents a major upgrade and combines core design enhancements with advanced technologies derived from the 787 Dreamliner. The family includes two passenger variants: the ultra-long-range 777–8, capable of flying 395 passengers up to 10,064 miles, and the larger 777–9, which offers seating for 426 passengers across a range of 8,383 miles.
