Russia’s Nebo-M is a $100 million, ruggedized, truck-mounted, all-terrain system designed to set up base in the tundras of Siberia and find any stealth fighters headed for the motherland before they can get close. The Russian Federation claims that this truck-mounted, all-terrain, field system can detect stealth aircraft and ballistic missiles with its powerful radar array. Using multi-band technology, the huge dishes of the Nebo-M system can blast radar waves across a vast spectrum of frequencies to hit anything and everything that moves through the air.
