Which Airlines Still Fly Trijets Today?

The iconic trijet is an aircraft powered by three engines, considered a second-generation aircraft. Today, the number of trijets is dwindling, and there are no commercial passenger operators. However, cargo and military operators help keep these aircraft in the skies. Trijets are known to be more economical than the quadjet (Airbus A340 or A380); however, the introduction of the Airbus A330 and A350 or Boeing 767, 787, and 777 led to the trijet's demise.
