Working as a flight attendant on a private jet is challenging work and holds a lot of responsibility. It is not like working in commercial aviation, where once you leave the aircraft, your job is done. There are a lot of extra tasks to do outside of the aircraft, as well. The transition from commercial aviation to business aviation can be difficult, but there are some things that you can do to learn when you don't have the required experience. Some operators ask for experience; others do not.
