Pegasus Considers Setting Up Foreign Air Operator's Certificates

Turkish-low-cost carrier Pegasus Airlines is looking into air operator certificates (AOC) in other countries as its fleet continues to grow. By 2029, the carrier will expand its fleet from 100 to 170 aircraft. Speaking at the Routes World 2023 on October 15 in Istanbul, Pegasus Chief Executive Officer Güliz Öztürk stated that the airline could use its low-cost experience to set up carriers abroad.
