United Arab Emirates-based carriers are being thrown under the bus after the boss of Sydney Airport accused them of wasting nearly half of their allocated slots to Australian airports. The alleged wastage is causing the airports to significantly lose out on being able to welcome other international airlines due to a lack of capacity, causing a dire shortage of crucial competition.
