After what was definitely a heavily disruptive week for United Airlines from Saturday, June 24th to Tuesday, June 27th, the carrier's CEO, Scott Kirby, has published a letter he shared with his staff at United, explaining why things went wrong, how such an event can be avoided in the future, and how proud he is of his employees for all the work and effort put into minimizing the impacts of the disruptions faced during the week.
