Air New Zealand is well known for doing things differently when it comes to passenger experience. In terms of seating, it has allowed guests to book whole rows of seats under the 'Economy Skycouch' category, while also recently winning a Crystal Cabin Award for its proposed 'SkyNest' economy class beds. However, it has also come up with something different for catering, known as the 'Koru Hour.'
