The 54th edition of the Paris Air Show is back in full force after the 2021 gathering was canceled in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Taking place at Paris Le Bourget Airport, Simple Flying decided to dig through the archives and look at a selection of the most significant aircraft orders seen at Le Bourget. With the airshow first held in 1909, it runs bi-annually and attracts up to 2,500 exhibitors from various countries across the globe, and visitors can easily exceed over 300,000, such as in 2017.
