Anticipation for the inaugural flight of Northern Pacific Airways continues to build, but unfortunately, it has been delayed an additional three weeks. Operational challenges in the regulatory process have forced the Alaska-based carrier to push back its first flight from Ontario International Airport to Harry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas. All steps of the regulatory process have already been completed, except for proving flights, in which all crew required to support the flight are present, in addition to FAA officials. Those who had purchased tickets for the June 23 launch will be rebooked for July 14 and will have the option to be refunded.
