Canadian aircraft manufacturer Bombardier continues to appeal to the Canadian government for a fair and open competition for a government contract. The Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) is looking to replace its maritime patrol and surveillance aircraft. Yet, so far, Ottawa sees Boeing's P-8A Poseidon as the only viable candidate. Bombardier begs to differ.
