US District Judge Lewis Liman in Manhattan ordered Volga-Dnepr Logistics to pay $406.2 million to aircraft lessor BOC Aviation. The Russian cargo airline was found liable after being declared in default on leases for three Boeing 747-8 freighters operated by one of its subsidiaries, AirBridgeCargo, following Russia’s invasion of Ukraine last year.
