The city council of Salem, Oregon, is today discussing authorizing an Air Carrier Operating Agreement with an undisclosed carrier for at least two weekly flights. Salem Mayor Chris Hoy indicated during his annual State of the City address that he expects commercial flights to be operational by July 4th.
