FAA Says Funding Cuts Would Endanger Safety In The US

On Wednesday, Billy Nolen, acting administrator for the Federal Aviation Administrator (FAA), said that any budget cut would endanger aviation safety across the United States. He said the proposed budget of $19.8 billion for the next fiscal year and the $5 billion for the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law are critical to maintaining the agency’s safety record.
