Competition is about to get red hot down for travel between the United States and Australia, with United's latest announcement to increase capacity to Australia and New Zealand. The US carrier, United, is now one of seven airlines with non-stop flights between the US and Australia/New Zealand. The airline will operate 66 flights from the US to Australia and New Zealand next northern winter versus last year, an increase of almost 40%.
