49-year-old Mark Bagguley has been fined £3,000 for flying his drone during a planned flyover at the Buxton Carnival. The incident took place on July 9th of last year. Bagguley was also given a six-month suspended prison sentence, although the maximum sentence could have been a five-year prison sentence.
