Today marks the 73rd anniversary of the crash of Northwest Orient Airlines flight 307, which came down in Lynnhurst, near Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport (MSP) in the US federal state of Minnesota. The flight was on its way from Washington DC to Winnipeg with several stops en route, operated by a Martin 2-0-2.
