On Tuesday, LATAM Airlines Group announced the launch of a new menu in its Premium Business cabin. This new menu was created by the company’s executive chef, Felipe Gutiérrez, and employs local ingredients from the markets where LATAM is based, such as Brazil, Chile, Peru, and Ecuador.
