Today marks 31 years since Trans World Airlines filed for bankruptcy for the first time, on January 31st, 1992. On the anniversary of this key turning point in the legendary carrier's history, we thought we'd take a look back at which aircraft types were most important to TWA. With data from ATDB.aero showing that, overall, it flew some 1,195 aircraft between 1930 and 2001, there are lots to choose from!
