Chicago-based United Airlines reported its fourth quarter and full year 2022 financial results on Tuesday. In the fourth quarter, the carrier experienced its best quarterly operational performance in the year at three of its largest hubs. Additionally, the airline recorded a full-year profit for the first time in four years.
