Jet lag is not easy to deal with for a flight attendant flying international routes. Added to the fact the trips tend to alternate on the schedule, so on one trip you might fly to the USA and back, and the next trip to Japan and back. It's complicated and airlines do guide crew on how to deal with jet lag although, it's often down to the individual and how well, the body copes with it.
