As Indian aviation continues its rapid growth, one major pilot's union has written to the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) regarding unfair and exploitative labor practices currently followed by the country's airlines and the DGCA. In a two-page letter, the Federation of Indian Pilots (FIP) detailed examples of what it considers unfair practices and asked for them to be changed as quickly as possible.
