Mexico is set to close the year with over 100 million passengers, marking the first time since 2019 that the Mexican aviation industry surpasses this number. Between January and November 2022, the 70 carriers that operate scheduled commercial flights to, from, and in Mexico have registered 96.52 million travelers. Volaris has carried over 25.5 million passengers, followed by Aeromexico with 19.39 million and Viva Aerobus with 17.39 million.
