A dispute between the Union that represents security guards and a significant security provider has leveled up, with strikes now being planned at Brisbane International Airport (BNE), Gold Coast Coolangatta Airport (OOL), and Canberra International Airport (CBR). The United Workers Union, which represents the majority of aviation security staff at these airports, is planning to strike on Friday 16th, in Canberra, and Monday 19th, at Brisbane and the Gold Coast airports.
