Low-cost carrier AirAsia Philippines is expecting a significantly strong start to the new year after having booked approximately 285,000 seats for January alone, about 70% higher than the seats reserved during the same period last year. With this headstart indication, the budget carrier is prepared to return to pre-pandemic capacities and launch new routes.
