First Air was a Canadian airline which operated routes connecting First Nation communities in Nunavut, Nunavik and the Northwest Territories to major cities in Canada. The airline was headquartered in Kanata, Ontario, a suburb of the Canadian capital city, Ottawa. The airline's main hub was Ottawa's Macdonald-Cartier International Airport (YOW), but also operated hubs at Yellowknife Airport (YZF), Iqaluit Airport (YFB) and Rankin Inlet Airport (YRT). In November 2019, the airline merged with Canadian North, another regional airline in Canada.
