Aerolíneas Argentinas Receives Boeing 737 MAX Meant For Belavia

On Friday morning, Aerolíneas Argentinas received its second Boeing 737 MAX aircraft in four years, a MAX 8 jetliner registration LV-KEI. The “new” aircraft, which is almost a year old (it had its first flight in October 2021), was first ordered by Belarusian carrier Belavia. However, due to the sanctions imposed on the Belarusian regime (including its State carrier), Boeing redirected the plane and allocated it to the South American airline.
