In 2022’s first half, the Colombian civil aviation authorities (also known as Aerocivil) granted permission to operate 62 new routes, of which 31 are domestic, 28 international, and three are for freighter-only services. Among the airlines that have received authorization to launch these new services are LATAM, JetSMART, Air Canada, Wingo, Viva Aerobus, Avianca, and Copa Airlines. Let’s investigate further.
