The Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) has a new leader after more than six years. On June 17th, officials from Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee (the party's HR department) announced at a meeting that Song Zhiyong, currently the Chairman of Air China and a pilot, was appointed as the new party chief of CAAC.
