After reporting on the scene for PLAY’s inaugural flight Keflavík International Airport to New York Stewart International Airport, we thought we’d look into why Iceland is a great spot for transatlantic operations. After all, this flight was the airline’s third US launch, after Boston Logan and Baltimore/Washington, despite only commencing services less than a year ago.
