I decided, for multiple reasons, to try something different from my usual Alaska Airlines fare. Southwest Airlines seemed to be a good fit for my adventurism fix, so I booked a flight from Bellingham International Airport to Oakland International Airport and got to fly on the small, sporty member of the Boeing 737 Next Generation family: The 737-700.
