The Canadian Transportation Agency (CTA) has ruled that Flair Airlines is Canadian and will be permitted to keep flying its domestic schedule. The decision comes after the Agency issued a preliminary determination in March indicating that Flair Airlines may be controlled by a non-domestic body – something that would violate Canadian law.
