Not Making The Grade: The EU's Latest Flight Blacklist Bans 117 Airlines

The European Union (EU) recently updated its list of blacklisted airlines, with 117 airlines from 15 countries failing to make the cut. While the list can target specific airlines, it can also ban all airlines from certain countries, with 11 countries in Africa alone falling into that category. Other airlines face partial bans, with the EU forbidding those airlines to operate certain aircraft types within Europe.
