IndiGo Hacked By Passenger After His Baggage Was Lost

Nandan Kumar, a passenger on a domestic IndiGo flight from Patna (PAT) to Bangalore (BLR), decided to ‘hack’ the airline’s website after his luggage was exchanged with a fellow passenger. Kumar took to Twitter to explain the whole ordeal, alleging the airline’s customer care department was less than helpful.
