Disgruntled passengers claimed hostage status and said they waited hours without food and water when extensive baggage delays caused chaos at London's Heathrow Airport over the weekend. Heathrow-based British Airways was among the airlines worst impacted. The airline attributed the long delays to disruptions caused by storms in the UK and across Europe this week.
