A probe has been launched into the cause of an unusual incident in Mumbai today. An Alliance Air ATR-72, operating a flight to Bhuj in Gujarat this morning, departed the airport safely but left a bit of the plane behind. The engine cover, presumably loose at the point of departure, fell off and was recovered on the runway.
