A Brief History Of Teesside International Airport

Teesside International Airport in the UK, until recently known as Durham Tees Valley Airport, serves the Teeside region and the towns of Darlington, Stockton, and Middlesbrough. Like many airports in the UK, it has its origins back in the Second World War. It turned to civil aviation in 1964 and has seen ups and downs in airline service since then.
