As we wake up to a new year hoping that the pandemic travel restrictions will soon be a thing of the past Spanish national flag carrier Iberia is running a special promotion. Called “travel more for less,” the Adolfo Suárez Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD)-based carrier is offering domestic flights for as little as 20€ each way.
It is not just flights within Spain that Iberia has put on sale with trips to European destinations available for 25€ each way. If you prefer to fly further afield, you can grab a bargain flight to the USA for 109€ each way and to one of Iberia’s many destinations in Central and South America for as little as 224€. Along with the discounted airfares, members of Iberia’s frequent flyer program can book their flights with a discount of 25% of Avios if they travel between January 3 and January 9, 2022.
Flights between Madrid and New York are incredibly cheap
In a statement published on December 30, 2021, Iberia said they would also be offering flight and hotel packages for 99€ up until January 20, 2022. With tickets valid for travel between now and June 2022, Iberia offers flights to 25 international destinations for incredibly low prices. Regarding flights between Madrid and the United States, discounted tickets are available for purchase for flights between now and November 2022.

- Madrid to Bogota 263€
- Madrid to San Juan de Puerto Rico 257€
Domestic and European flights
Flights within Europe start from 25€ each way with Iberia publishing the following examples:
- Madrid to Toulouse for 25€
- Madrid to Porto for 29€
- Madrid to Paris for 35€
- Madrid to Berlin for 37€
Suppose you prefer to stay closer to home and are looking for a weekend break to visit family and friends. In that case, you can fly to different cities on the Iberian Peninsula, such as Ibiza, Malaga, or Santanderfor as little as 20 euros each way. In its statement, Iberia also says that Canary and Balearic Islands residents can also enjoy discounted flights.
Flight and hotel packages
Suppose you fancy a break this winter and are in search of warmer weather. In that case, Iberia is offering roundtrip flights between the Spanish capital and Tenerife with three nights of accommodation for 99€. The same deal applies to Rome with roundtrip flights, and a two-night hotel stay starting at 109€.
As for the United States, you can visit the “Big Apple” and have a four-night hotel stay from 449€. Miami is even better with Iberia offering a roundtrip ticket plus seven days of accommodation and a rental car from 479 euros.
