What about warm-weather destinations?

As evident from the map above, Air Canada is also sending the aircraft to some warm-weather destinations in December. However, many of those routes will not see as frequent service. The warm-weather destinations are:

  1. Vancouver (YVR) to Orange County (SNA) with 19 roundtrip flights
  2. Toronto (YYZ) to Orlando (MCO) with 15 roundtrip flights
  3. Toronto (YYZ) to Ft. Myers (RSW) with 14 roundtrip flights
  4. Montreal (YUL) to Providenciales (PLS) with 12 roundtrip flights
  5. Montreal (YUL) to Puerto Vallarta (PVR) with 10 roundtrip flights

The rest of the other routes only see operations a handful of operations in December. This does not mean that the other routes will not see any other operations. One example is Montreal (YUL) to Fort Lauderdale (FLL), which will see several daily operations throughout the month with widebody aircraft, primarily the Airbus A330-300. The A220 on these routes comes in to add some incremental capacity.
